All orders received before 4:00 p.m. central time will be shipped out the same day.

All orders over $75 ship UPS GROUND for FREE.

All orders ship out at the actual UPS ground rate depending on your Zip code unless you choose to expedite it.

Shipping Policy

If you do not qualify for the free shipping you will receive the actual shipping amounts and expedite options once you have put your items in the shopping cart and entered in your zip code. This is before you have to enter your credit card details.

Please note that when calculating shipping times on expedited options you do not count the day it shipped, Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. For example: If you order a Bumbo after 4.pm on Tuesday central time, your bumbo will ship Wednesday. If you choose 3 day select, UPS does not count the day it is shipped as a transit day. Thursday would counts as Day 1, Friday would count as Day 2 and Monday will be Day 3. Therefore UPS will guarantee delivery on the Monday. If you would like to check how long it will take to receive a Bumbo please visit www.ups.com and choose the shipping options and time in transit from Conroe TX, Zip Code 77306. UPS will calculate the time in transit for you.

All orders placed before 4 PM Central Standard Time ship out the same day.

Free Shipping

Bumboseat.com offers free shipping on all orders over $75. This means that if you order two Bumbo Seats, the shipping is free. If you order 3 or 4 or 10, the shipping is free!

All free shipping orders ship via UPS Ground.

Refusal of Delivery

If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to Bumboseat.com and any other costs that occur during the delivery process.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Bumboseat.com due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. If UPS has to do an address correction the UPS cost of $5 will be charged to the credit card on file. it is imperative that the shipping address is 100% correct as UPS is very specific with correct shipping details and enforces the $ 5.00 penalty, which is understandable. NO P.O. BOXES and don’t forget the SUITE or APT # if this applies to your address. If we are requested to make an address correction, your credit card will automatically be charged $ 5.00 to cover ups incorrect shipping address penalty.

Tracking Your Bumbo Order

Shortly after 7 PM Central Standard Time on the date of shipping, you will be able to track your order along its journey to you. Check your in box for an email from UPS providing you with a tracking number, and click on the link provided. If you have not received an email from UPS, check your Junk mail folder, as some emails may be filtered out.

30 Day Returns Policy

Shipping costs are not included in our return policy and are not refundable. Should you decide to return your Bumbo Seat, the shipping method and cost is your responsibility.
